Lane says that Dickinson has failed to return the loaned jewelry,and she is claiming the items were either lost or stolen, a story the jeweler's insurance agents found "dubious."

In a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles, Lane claims Dickinson was loaned diamond earrings and a turquoise, pearl and gold necklace, among other things, valued in total at $88,000.
