Mills told the jury in Brighton Magistrates Court that Kaycappa grabbed her shoulder as he attempted to take her photo in a Brighton, England subway in July 2006.

The photographer had denied two charges of common assault. He claimed time codes on the photos taken on the day of the alleged attack did not support Mills' story, giving him just two seconds to run towards her to grab her, before running back to take another image.
